I first met Pat when I was 6 years old and started attending his clinics. He has definitely had a huge influence in my hockey career. From private sessions to whole group instruction Pat has a unique perspective on the game and what I needed to do to get to the next level. His knowledge of the skating fundaments and the game of hockey are outstanding. He pushed me to be a better player in a way that was truly professional. Pat's camps always challenged me and helped me to improve as a player. I was fortunate enough to play in our national program, at the collegiate level, and now in Canada. In the summer of 2004 the Minnesota Wild made me their number one draft choice. I wish Pat nothing but the best and hope you make his camps your number one choice.

I started attending Pat Janostin's hockey training when I was a first year Peewee and did not make the "A" traveling team. I have trained with Pat every year since. Pat has taught me the skills needed to be successful at every level. I went on to play Elk River A Peewees and A Bantams and made the Elk River High School team as a sophomore. Pat also trained with me as I went on to play Junior Hockey in the USHL for the Green Bay Gamblers.
I believe Pat's program has been one of the most important components of my hockey career. I not only credit Pat's program but Pat himself. He takes a genuine interest in each of his students and knows how to bring out the best in every player.

Power, speed, balance, and agility are words that describe how my skating improved with Pat Janostin's hockey training camps. By breaking down elements of my stride Pat has been instrumental in helping me to be a better skater which is the number one element needed for a player to achieve his or her goals. I have attended Pat's camps since my youth hockey days where the atmosphere has been both exciting and challenging. The skating drills he used while incorporating puck drills that were age appropriate really helped me to excel to the next level. I highly recommend Pat's camps for all individuals who want to improve their skills in an outstanding camp environment.

Growing up I had the pleasure of participating in Pat Janostin's hockey camps and am very grateful for everything he did for me. The camps were fun and challenging and always held my interest. Pat's genuine interest in all of the players was evident and he along with his staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was treated well and enjoyed their experience. Pat really emphasized the importance of becoming an excellent skater. During my Janostin Hockey Training experience Pat concentrated on improving my skating so I would be able to continue playing hockey after high school. Through Pat's drills, he has taught me to lengthen my stride, bend my knees, and keep my upper body still. These skating techniques, along with the hard work ethic Pat instilled in me helped me to achieve my goals of being a high school captain, playing junior hockey and finally college hockey. The structure of Pat's camps is a big plus. I saw a high instructor to student ratio on the ice which allowed for more personal contact with every child. This really provides each player an opportunity to be successful. Janostin Hockey Training proved to be a difference maker for me let it be a difference maker for you.
